Our main focus is on working with occupiers of all sizes to secure the right offices for their needs. Current mandates include working with a US Tech Co to find c.4,500 sq ft in Farringdon, a Trade Association seeking 2,000 sq ft in Victoria and a Travel Company considering stay v go for 20,000 sq ft in West London.
Whilst we have acted for many clients over several decades, we very much enjoy working with newer companies who may not have taken a lease previously as our vast experience allows us to provide expert guidance through every step of the way whether you are considering a conventional lease, a managed solution or serviced offices.
Disposals
The majority of our disposal work is linked to acquisitions although we do act for a number of private landlords at specific buildings across Mayfair, Marylebone, Holborn and the City, regularly achieving 100% occupancy in most cases.
Lease Advisory
Rent reviews, lease renewals and issues around options to break can be daunting and it is vitally important to have expert advice in all of these matters. We regularly challenge landlord’s proposed increases and achieve substantial savings from quoted levels, sometimes achieving net reductions through the leverage that can be created.
